Returns & Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your product, you have 14 days from receipt to do so. Please keep in mind that to exchange your product, it must be unused and in its original packaging, and you will need to send it to us at your expense. Please contact our customer service at: customercare@fenurbanstore.com for assistance in the process.

Processing Your "Change of Mind" Return

For all "Change of Mind" returns, please send an email to customer service at the following email address: customercare@fenurbanstore.com. A member of the customer service team will assist you in processing your return.

We require photographs to be sent with your return request, showing that the item and its packaging are both in an acceptable condition before a "Change of Mind" return can be processed.

Once we receive the returned item from you and it is deemed to be in an acceptable condition, we will provide you with a refund or store credit (depending on your choice).

Deduction

The refund or store credit amount issued will not include any shipping fees you may have paid in the initial order.

We will deduct all return shipping costs associated with the item from the final refund or store credit amount granted to you.

Cancellation After Order

We take pride in our ability to quickly process all orders placed on our website. Most orders are processed within 6 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at customercare@fenurbanstore.com as soon as possible.

The majority of in-stock items are processed and/or shipped within 6 hours, so it is imperative that you contact us during this period so that we can attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped.

No requests to cancel your order can be accommodated if it has already been processed.

Return Policy

We accept returns for any reason! Our return policy is 14 days from the moment you receive your products.

Please keep us informed before taking any return or exchange action.

If you decide that an item is not suitable for you, send us an email at customercare@fenurbanstore.com and request a return.

  • To qualify for a return, all items must be in the same condition as when you received them (New items with tags must be returned with original tags attached).
  • Please note that the 14-day period begins when an item is delivered, not the entire order. If your order arrives in multiple shipments, you may have different return windows.

Please note that return shipping costs are at your expense.

Like-New Condition

Items must be returned in a like-new condition. Damaged, unsanitary, dented, scratched, or missing major content items may be denied a return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping, defective, or not the product you ordered, please return it during your return and exchange period, and we will arrange for a replacement.

Arrival Damage

If your product arrives damaged, please take photos and videos and send them to our customer service at customercare@fenurbanstore.com. After customer service verification and confirmation of the case, you will have two options: we will send you a new product or refund you 100%.

If you are within the 14-day return period, we offer you three options

1 - Exchange your item

Exchanges are available for size, color, or a different product of your choice.


2 - Refund Details and Store Credit

By default, the refund method is store credit.

  1. If you wish to receive a refund to the original payment method used during your purchase, you must inform us on the return form. Orders that are exchanged or items returned/exchanged due to manufacturer defects do not incur restocking fees.
  2. Only the final paid price (after any discounts) will be refunded.
  3. Discount codes or vouchers cannot be reissued and are non-refundable.

3 - Replacement of an Incorrect or Defective Item

Please send us an email to customercare@fenurbanstore.com with the following details:

- Your order number
- Description of the issue (e.g., incorrect/defective item)
- A photo or video

    How long does it take to receive a refund?

    In general, refunds may take up to two weeks to be processed. All refunds must be verified for authenticity and must be submitted to our accounting department for processing.

    How to return an item?

    Every return request must be accompanied by a return form. Please fill out this form as accurately as possible and send your item along with this form to the return address that will be provided to you via email. For any questions or concerns, send us an email at customercare@fenurbanstore.com.

    Late or Missing Refunds:

    Check your bank account. Contact your bank. Processing time generally takes 7 to 10 days. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at customercare@fenurbanstore.com.

    Delivery:

    The customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. If you receive store credit, it will match the amount you paid. If you requested a refund, you will receive exactly what you paid for the product minus restocking fees.

    If you want an exchange: Depending on your country of origin, your exchanged item may take 5 to 7 days to reach you.

    Warning:

    If you are shipping items valued at more than £50, we strongly suggest returning the product with a tracking number.
