You acknowledge that consent is not a condition for any purchase. Your phone number, name, and purchase information will be shared with our SMS platform "SMSBump Inc, a European Union company headquartered in Sofia, Bulgaria, EU. This information will be used to send you targeted messages and marketing notifications. When sending SMS, your phone number will be transmitted to an SMS operator for delivery. If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving SMS messages and marketing notifications, reply with STOP to any mobile message sent by us or use the unsubscribe link we provided in one of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of unsubscribing, such as using words or alternative requests, will not be considered a reasonable means of unsubscribing. We value your privacy and the information you choose to share with us through our SMS marketing service. Our website uses cookies to keep track of items you put in your shopping cart, including when you have abandoned your order. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Payment:

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS, as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

ARTICLE 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

COOKIE POLICY

Here is a list of cookies that we use. We've listed them here so you can choose whether to allow them or not.

_session_id, unique session identifier, allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc.).

_shopify_visit, no data retained, persists for 30 minutes from the last visit. Used by our website provider's internal stats tracker to record the number of visits.

_shopify_uniq, no data retained, expires at midnight (visitor's local time) the next day. Counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.

cart, unique identifier, persists for 2 weeks, stores information about your shopping cart.

_secure_session_id, unique session identifier

storefront_digest, unique identifier, indefinite if the store has a password, it is used to determine if the current visitor has access.

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this website.
